Blaine has spent his entire career working to better outcomes for patients by implementing Value-Based Care (VBC) to align financial incentives in healthcare and thus eliminating fraud and waste in the healthcare system. As a pioneer in primary care VBC, Blaine built and ran some of the most successful ACOs in the country, first with Aledade and then with Honest Medical Group, a Rubicon Founders portfolio company. He began his career at two of the nation’s most prominent healthcare law firms litigating reimbursement disputes on behalf of providers. Blaine holds a J.D.cum laude from Emory University School of Law and an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management where he was a Chair’s Distinguished Scholar at Emory University Rollins School of Public Health.
